So, you think you're tough? You think you've got what it takes? Take a look a this and then think again.
The Rat Race is an urban challenege where competitors have to traverse a cityscape course, with no prior knowlegde of the route, on foot, mountain bike, and kayak.
It's been taking place all summer with major events in Bristol and Edinburgh, but now it's the capital's turn.
There's still time to eneter iof you fancy the challenge, or if you just fancy watching somehing a bit different, you'll find all you need to know right here.
Looking at the foortage from Edinburgh, it might be something that really takes of in London - it's a great way to avoid public transport.
