Blogging on your mobile? Whatever next…?

NEWS: 24 September 2007 0:00 GMT by Ian Hughes

It's hard to keep track isn't it? Or is it just me? But these days it seems you can use a mobile phone for just about anything you fancy. I'm beginning to hanker after the good old days when a phone just made calls - I wish I'd kept my first ever mobile (the NEC p100) - it'd probably be considered cool in a retro sort of way. And I'd be able to use it to it's full potential.

These days my phone is my pager, my diary, my address book, camera, music player, atlas, calculator, currency converter, games console, the list goes on and on.

But, one thing I hadn't ever used it for was blogging. This is the next big craze with the techno-savvy yoof apparently. Microblogging (why not mblogging, a bit like mbop from those floppy haired grinsters Hansen? Actually scrap that thought…) is blogging via your mobile and utterz is one of the best places to give it a try.

Just don't blame us if you never get any peace and quite from now on...
