NEWS: 29 September 2007 8:00 GMT by Jonathan Goddard Following in the footsteps of the awesome Clio II 172 Cup and the even awesomer 182 Cup, the Clio Renaultsport 197 Cup will be launched next month. Offering the same chassis set-up as the limited-edition 197 F1 Team R27 with its reduced ride height and stiffer springs and dampers, the 197 Cup is making Renaultsport fans salivate. Colour-wise, white is available as an option for the first time. Renaultsport wheels in anthracite are standard and satin black Speedline rims are available as an option. Inside, air conditioning is moved to the options list for those who want to reduce the car’s weight as much as is possible for the track. Lightweight Recaro seats are also available as an option. Further details and pricing will be announced soon.
