Toshiba Matsushita Display Technology has developed a new circular LCD display intended for instrument panels in cars.
This 75mm in diameter display could soon be appearing in motors displaying speedometers, etc, but obviously the other exciting application is the possibility of circular displays for consumer electronics devices.
