The new 7-inch EasyNote XS from Packard Bell that we brought you news of from IFA 2007, it to get its UK launch in November.
"Set to bring a smile to the faces of those on the go, who feel full-sized notebooks are too bulky and PDAs too limited" the ultra-ultra portable claims to offer all the features of a notebook, just in a really small package.
Described as a "speedy little blighter" with 1GB RAM, and a 30GB HDD, other features include an 800 x 480 resolution screen, a 4 in 1 card reader, a full size keyboard, DVI-I and two USB ports all encased in a "smooth and sleek" exterior just 30mm thin.
The EasyNote XS will come pre-loaded with Windows XP Home Edition, has in-built wireless capability and Bluetooth and a built-in VGA webcam with integrated microphone.
Offering three hours of battery use, and weighing only 950g, the EasyNote XS is particularly aimed at business users on-the-go who need more than a traditional hand-held organiser.
The EasyNote XS will be available to purchase from PC World stores from November. Prices start from £349.99.
