Sandberg launches computer accessories in UK

USB cables through to speakers now available in UK

Scandinavian developer Sandberg has launched its range of computer accessories in the UK.

First up is the USB to USB Transfer Link, which transfers files between two computers.

The cable is designed for the Windows Vista’s Windows Easy Transfer utility, which is also on the CD enclosed with the device so that you can install it on Windows XP.

The cable transfers at USB 2.0 speed, which is claimed to be faster than most traditional networks, and is priced £17.99.

Sandberg has also launched the FM Link, which allows users to connect their MP3 player or other audio source to their FM radio in either the car or at home.

It is available now for 12.99, while the FM Link (Display)is pricier at £17.99 but has the addition of a display showing up to 200 channels.

Next up is the USB All-In-1 Hard Disk Link, which enables users to connect any hard disk to USB for £17.99.

Now also available in the UK is the Panther Sound 2.1 amplified speaker set comprising a subwoofer and two satellite speakers.

The set uses a normal headphone connector, so it also works with devices other than computers, such as MP3 players and TVs for £17.99.

And finally, there is the USB DigiTV, which allows usres to watch digital TV on their computer anywhere there is a digital TV signal.

A remote control is included as is software which provides a range of functions including teletext, electronic programme guide (EPG) and timeshifting. It is priced £34.99.

All of the devices comes with a 5-year warranty.
