CES 2008: Sharp 108-inch LCD TV to go on sale

NEWS: 7 January 2008 0:40 GMT by Stuart Miles Feeling your TV isn't big enough? Sharp has said that its mammoth 108-inch LCD screen first announced at CES 2007 could finally go on sale this year to the general public. Originally due to ship last year, developments in the way Sharp makes LCD panels has now made it possible according to the Japanese company. The weight and size? 450kg with measurements of 93.9-inches (W) by 52.9-inches (H) in size.
