DivX has announced a number of new partners for its Connected platform at CES in Las Vegas while confirming with D-Link that its Connected Player will be heading Stateside soon.

The new partnerships with Vuze and Veoh will mean users of the D-Link offering will be able to access TV shows and video content like our very own Megawhat.tv.

For the Vuze service that means HD content for A&E, the BBC, National Geographic, PBS, and Showtime, as well as hundreds of premier production studios and thousands of maverick content creators distribute shows through the Vuze platform.

Selections from the Vuze library will become available to DivX Connected users shortly DivX has confirmed.

Under the terms of the agreement with Veoh, the site that allows you to watch Fox shows like 24 and Family Guy will make some, not all of its video content accessible on DivX Connected devices.
