CES 2008: Built NY launches 2008 range

New neoprene for the new year

NEWS: 8 January 2008 23:45 GMT by Amy-Mae Elliott

Built NY, the company that makes the cool neoprene sleeves and cases for laptops and other gadgetry has launched their 2008 range at the CES show.

New for this year, the Laptop Back Packs are particularly eye-catching and offer a new "intepretation" of the traditional backpack.

Suitable for laptops from 12 to 17 inches, with one main compartment plus two smaller pockets, the item is made from lightweight neoprene and breathable air-mesh.

Available in black and olive and in two sizes, the Back Pack will cost $79.99 and will be on sale from April 2008.

Also introduced is the "Peanut" a small USB stick holder, the Laptop Porter and - almost certainly of interest to gadget lovers - the Cargo Laptop Sleeve that will protect your notebook whilst offering three separate pockets for smaller items like MP3 players and phones.
