New mystery "Liscio" phone turns up ahead of launch New handset launching next month

A tipster has just sent us word of a new mobile phone launching in February called the Liscio.
Although details are thin on the ground as to the specs the phone, it does appear to have a multimedia focus judging by the keypad and will be made by a UK company rather than one of the big players such as Motorola, Sony Ericsson or Nokia.
