Its legal wrangle over the Vista capable stickers, which has been all over the press may be continuing, but Microsoft's lawyers can finally close the file of another lawsuit.
A 2-year patent wrangle with mobile email company Visto Corp has come to an end.
Visto has told Reuters that it has reached a settlement and licensing agreement with Microsoft Corp.
It said that the agreement involves "cash and non-cash consideration" but gave no other details.
Both companies will dismiss all pending legal claims.
