Engadget has published what appears to be outlines of the next-gen iPhone, which iLounge has apparently suggested were sent to overseas case manufacturers so that they could get cracking on iPhone-related designs. The silhouettes would suggest that the 3G iPhone will be a bit thicker than its predecessor. Colour-wise - it seems red, black and white models may be on the cards. The pictured also reveal an additional front-mounted sensor on the new device, but we have no idea what it's for.
