The holiday season fast approaches and maybe this year you're lucky enough to be heading somewhere a bit further afield. Maybe you're really fortunate and can travel first class, and enjoy all those luxuries that the airlines love to advertise, in the full knowledge that only about 2% of the population could ever afford to buy the tickets!
