3G iPhone design revealed by case maker? Publicity stunt or specs leak?

Renders for the "EXO Mask iPhone 3G" case by Chinese company XSKN are getting blogs atwitter that this could indeed by what the next-gen iPhone will look like.
The more curvy back, front-facing camera for video calls and the rumoured "normal" headphone jack are all apparent from the graphics and tally with what sources have predicted for the new model...
