Unhappy gamers have hit out at Nokia after learning N-Gage titles bought for their current handsets cannot be transferred if the phone is changed.

The software could be even be designed to know when your purchased games are already on another device attached to an N-Gage account. This is definitely an annoying revelation.
I also laugh at manufacturer quotes that go along the lines of 'it was clearly stated in the EULA'. When was anything ever clearly stated in an EULA?!
