Jamendo and Archos have announced a partnership that means Archos users can freely and legally download in excess of 140,000 music tracks.

Archos Content Portal users now have direct access to Jamendo’s catalogue through a specially developed interface.

Jamendo is a platform of free and legal downloads of music under Creative Commons licenses.

The artists authorise the free sharing of their albums and tracks with over 500,000 music tracks downloaded daily from the platform.

Users can, without limitation, download any of the catalogue on offer from Jamendo. There are over 9000 full albums and an average of 100 new albums are published on a daily basis. All the music is DRM-free and can be downloaded in one-single-click.
