Vodafone in trouble with ASA over mobile data claims Small print data disclaimer not good enough

Vodafone has received a rebuke from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for making bold claims with its mobile data advertising.
A poster campaign for Vodafone's mobile phone internet service stated "Any website, any time. £7.50 a month".
The small print however revealed that the offer was "handset dependent. Includes 120MB UK data allowance per month".
The complaint against the mobile giant - upheld by the ASA - said that the ad misleadingly implied Vodafone offered unlimited data for £7.50 a month, which clearly wasn't the case.
As a defence, Vodafone tried to argue that the definition the word "any" actually means "some, or even the smallest amount of". Vodafone has been told not to run the ads again.
