Microsoft's Surface touch operated "coffee table" computer will make its debut in the entertainment world at Harrah's casino in Las Vegas.
Following the deal announced with AT&T retail stores in the States, the Microsoft Surface machines will be installed at iBar ultra-lounge located at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.
The Surface offers a 30-inch, 360 degree touch display that individuals or multiple people can interact with digital content by using touch, gestures or objects from the real world.
Harrah's has also created a suite of "hip" new applications specifically for the venue including High Roller bowling, Dissed multiplayer pickup pinball, and a Last Call musical memory game.
In addition, there's food and drink ordering with a a mixologist feature that lets users order their own signature cocktails for themselves or to send to that "special someone" across the room.
And flirting gets a tech twist too with the option to "chat" between Surface tables and "strategically placed" video cameras at each Surface allow guests to take and send photos across the lounge.
