World's first projector phone

iPhone-a-like projecting promise

NEWS: 13 June 2008 15:41 GMT by Katie Scott

World

It may look like a phone, an iPhone to be exact, but it is also capable of projecting a 30-inch, 640 x 480 pixel image for up to 2-hours at a time.

This concept from ChinaKing (or CKing) is claimed to be the world's first projector phone.

As well as doing the stuff that phones do, it incorporates an LCoS-based projector that relies upon a LED light source and manual focus adjustment.

Apparently it's a bit of a brick but concepts are always fun on a Friday.
