Garmin has launched a whole host of new GPS devices at this year's British International Motor Show at ExCel in London which runs until 3 August.

And the company has also launched a competition to get us all out there driving and exploring this fair isle of ours.

The Garmin Great British Drives – situated in the West Entrance of the ExCel atrium – is an interactive experience which allows participants to see, hear and discover what it is like to drive along some of Britain’s best and worst loved roads.

It is one of three Garmin stands at this year's event.

But one driver will receive the opportunity to create their personal Great British drive.

This prize comes complete with use of a Ford Kuga, the new Bluetooth-enabled Garmin nüvi 860 and a two night stay in any Ramada Jarvis in England courtesy of Enjoy England.

The nüvi 860 offers thousands of Points of Interest from pubs to top tourist destinations.

Details are on the Garmin website.
