Planet-X have released the first details about their new Stealth Bar, a carbonfibre fully-adjustable bar aimed at time triallers and triathletes

Planet-X have released the first details about their new Stealth Bar, a carbonfibre fully-adjustable bar aimed at time triallers and triathletes. The Stealth Bar has been developed by Planet-X in conjuction with in conjuction with Britain's top riders and SportsPulse, the consortium based in South Yorkshire.
The Stealth TT Bar features the world's first fully adjustable, all carbon aero-profile clamping system and full adjustability of armrests and extensions from 100mm between centres, outwards as wide as the bar will let you. They also feature internal cable routing and will fit standard aero brake levers. The overall width is 400mm, and will attach to a 26mm stem.
The images shows the ski bend extension, although Planet-X state that other options will follow to suit riders different needs. Of course, the statistic that matters is that they weigh 780g a set.
Planet-X would like to point out that the image is “out of the mold” rather than being the polished final product - the displayed arm rests are also not the final version, merely added for the photos - more images are available on the Planet-X website.
Preorders are being accepted now for delivery around end of April, with a preoder price of a crazy cheap £235. The full retail price will be £299, so get in there now. Preorders can be placed at Planet-X-Bikes.com.
