D-Link take wireless connectivity to the Xtreme

AirPlus Xtreme G Range reinforces Networking Vendors Position in the Wireless Sector
D-Link, the leading manufacturer of networking solutions for the SoHo, SME and Enterprise environments >IfIhas announced the launch of its Airplus Xtreme G 802.11g- draft standard WLAN range. The range, available in mid April, incorporates the DI-624 Wireless Router, the DWL-2000AP Wireless Access Point, the DWL-G650 cardbus adapter and the DWL-G520 PCI adapter.
The D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G products deliver a superior bandwidth and data rate throughput and are able to provide up to 54Mbps network speed in a 2.4GHz environment. Based on the Atheros chipset, AirPlus Xtreme G combines both 802.11b and 802.11g hardware, fully compatible with existing 11b devices.
802.11g- draft clients communicating with the AirPlus Xtreme G Access Point can securely connect using 802.11x for wireless user authentication, as well as WPA (Wi Fi Protected Access) providing a much higher level of security.
