Nokia N92 and mobile devices to get 14 TV channels in Germany this summer
Pilot program beams TV broadcasts to mobile phones in time for the World Cup

Various German mobile network operators are operating a pilot project to beam live broadcasts to DVB-H enabled portable devices during the world cup.
The Nokia N92 is one of the mobiles that can receive the broadcasts that E-Plus, O2, T-Mobile, and Vodafone are transmitting.
The pilot started in Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover and Munich, and will run until 31 August, except in Munich where the test ends on 31 July.
During the pilot, 14 TV Channels and six radio channels are available on the Nokia N92, including ARD, ZDF, and Eurosport.
The N92 with a 2.8-inch screen features the ability to set reminders for favourite TV programs, create personal channel lists, and subscribe to TV channel packages.
