The website of the day today is Motivatingmates.com a website that help you find a training partner in the UK.
The site connects people of all ages and ability to forge new friendships, motivate others and take part in new exciting activities.
You can quickly search by activity and location or just by post code to find new friends with common interests to help give you a reason to get off the sofa.
There are two main areas to the site - Motivating Mates and Motivate Me. The first is for people who like their sport or activity to offer to share their experiences while the later is for people looking for a training partner.
You have to be a member to use the service (which is free) and you can search via postcode, region or county to find an activity near you.
