Lexar recalls 66,000 USB flash drives
US consumer group deems them a dangerously hot

Lexar has been forced to withdraw several of its USB drives because the US Consumer Product Safety Commission has deemed them a "Burn Hazard".
The recall involves the JumpDrive FireFLy and 1GB Secure II, and numbers about 66,000 units.
The CPSC says that they could overheat, posing a risk of burns, but no incidents or injuries have been rported.
The Firefly 256MB, 512MB, 1GB and 2GB models are all being recalled, as well as the 1GB Secure II.
This recall is somewhat incongruous for a company that has "Pictures. Data. Music. If it's important to you, it's safe with us", written on its website.
