Rounding out Panasonic's camera launch are three compacts: the DMC-FX3, the DMC-FX50, and the DMC-FX07.

The FX3 is a basic model, features 6 megapixels and a very impressive lens that has a maximum aperture of f2.8 and a zoom range of 35mm to 105mm on a 35mm equivalent.

It incorporates Panasonics Mega Optical Image Stabilizer and a maximum ISO of 1600 (but not at full resolution).

The inbuilt memory is a generous 13.5MB, and the camera is able to shoot in wide VGA mode.

The FX3 will come in either silver or black.

The last two models have the same specifications except for the LCD. The FX50 boasts a 3-inch screen, while the FX07 makes do with a 2.5-inch display.

The Lumix both sport 7.2-megapixel sensors, 28mm wide angle 3.6x zoom lenses with a maximum aperture of f2.8, and Mega Optical Image Stabilizer.

They also feature Intelligent ISO Control that ensures crisp images in low light conditions by boosting the ISO automatically.

The FX50 will be available in silver and black; the FX07 is silver, black, red and blue.
