Motorola and T-mobile have joined forces to announce the e398 exclusively on the T-mobile network. The new phone boasts a colour display, 3d stereo surround sound vibration sensory technology (why of course) an integrated MP3 player, MPEG4 capabilities and rhythm lights (which no phone is complete without).

Motorola have even gone one step further by offering pre-loaded music content from MTV on the 64Mb TransFlash memory card included in the box. Unfortunately the on-board camera is only VGA quality, however it does come with a flash.

The vibration sensory technology comes into force when users play a song or ring tone and the phone will vibrate in sync with the music. Bluetooth, and Java support complete the phones capabilities.

The Motorola E398 is available from the end of August across T-Mobile's European territories, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Croatia and Slovakia. The handset will be available in the UK from free for pay-monthly customers (dependant upon tariff) and for an RRP of £199.99 for pay-as-you-go customers.
