Following the success of the summer tour aimed at getting girls surfing, Rip Curl has decided to repeat the event in winter style.
The Rip Curl Girls Tour will visit twelve different locations, including UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech Rep, France, Italy, Spain, and Andorra.
The Tour will provide girls with their first taste of freestyle riding, offering a free lesson from experienced instructors on specially adapted slopes, offering a range of snowpark fun, such as half-pipes, kickers and rails.
The lessons are designed to introduce newbies to freestyle skiing and boarding, but they will also cater for those at a more advanced level.
There will also be a number of sideline activities, including the chance to test out equipment, DJs, competitions etc. The day will be wrapped up with a party in the evening.
Confused readers might be interested to know that the UK venue is at the MK Snowdome, 16-17 December.
