Not content with launching three cameras last week, Pentax has today announced the Optio S5i - yet another compact digital camera. This time the megapixel count is 5 megapixels and the camera features yet another 3x optical zoom.
The Optio S5i like previous models in the series will fit into a pack of cards and will weight just 105 grams. On the back will be a 1.8-inch, TFT LCD
monitor that offers an approximate 100% field of view with around 85,000
pixels.
New features to the camera include a quick button that can act as a shortcut to a selected function, a new sports mode and a further 20 shooting modes if your confused about what you need to set your cameras setting to.
The camera will be available at the end of the month and has a guide price of £279.99
