Griffin's latest device for the iPod, the iTalk Pro, is now shipping to stores in the UK.

The little device plug straight into the iPod's dock connector in order to record either stereo or mono. The company promises that the device can be operated with one-touch, so that you can concentrate on what you're hearing, rather than how you can operate the equipment.

Built-in twin microphones record in stereo at 44.1kHz for near-professional results; the iTalk Pro also features a stereo 3.5mm input jack so that you can connect an external microphone to it.

Compatible with the iPod video and 2nd generation iPod nano, the iTalk Pro costs around £34.
