Olympus has launched the C-470 Zoom, a four megapixel, 3x optical, 4x digital zoom digital camera aimed at the starter market.
Styled in a similar vein to the mju mini launched last month the new camera will also feature a 1.8inch anti-glare LCD screen on the rear.
Other features include 8 scene programmes, a 16Mb xD-Card, rechargeable battery and PictBridge Support.
The C-470 ZOOM is planned for release in October 2004, priced £219.99
