Premium rate phone numbers are everywhere these days – TV, radio, the internet – the airwaves are riddled with them.

Believe it or not they’re regulated, and the body responsible, ICSTIS, has set up this site, aimed at younger users in an attempt to show people how easy it is to avoid huge phone bills – just by using a bit of common sense.

Pass this link onto anybody you know who routinely downloads wallpapers or games for their mobile or who complains that they never seem to have any credit left. They might be surprised at where all their cash is going.
