Con and Con's E-Base looks, at first glance, much more exciting and useful than it actually turns out to be.
It's called a Charging Station, giving us the mistaken impression that you can throw all your gadgets into it, and have them start to charge via induction. Not so.
It's simply a rather expensive piece of furniture designed to keep your cables untangled and your devices in one place. The power block, which is not included, sits in the lower half, disguised, and you feed your charger cables through various slots.
Judging by the photo, you can charge about four devices in it, but that's not specified clearly.
So how much does the innovative piece of design cost you? $180 from A+R, in either black or orange.
