Mr Potato Head becomes Optimash Prime

First there was Darth Tater, then came R2D2 Tater, then Spud Trooper.

Now the latest Mr Potato Head character from Hasbro is wait for it - Optimash Prime.

Launching later this year to coincide with Transformers the Movie, Mr Potato Head has doned the garb of the fictional commander of the heroic Autobots although we're not quite sure where you put the juggernaut trailer.

When will the fun stop?

Mashatron the spud gun, anyone?

Expect to pay around £9.99 when it becomes available in the UK in June.
