Virgin mobile has announced that it is adding a range of new Samsung handsets to its pay-as-you-go (PAYG) offering as well as new handsets for its pay monthly customers.

New handsets include the Samsung C300, the Samsung E250, the Samsung E390, the Nokia 6080 and the SAMSUNG E570.

All of the entry-level phones will be available on the company's PAYG service except the Nokia 6080 and the Samsung E570.

Prices start from £39.99 and although the handsets are all entry-level there is an emphasis on multimedia with most coming with a digital camera built-in.

The handsets will be rolled out to customers who want them in the next month.
