Olympus also makes hard drive radios

28 February 2007 10:12 GMT / By Amber Maitland

Olympus is not just the purveyor of cameras and voice recorders; apparently it also makes radios as well.

The VJ-10, which looks like it's only ever going to be sold in Japan, records radio to its 37GB hard disk drive, and from the image, looks as though it hooks up to your computer via USB so yu can download the recordings.

Apparently you can also transfer your MP3 and WMA files to it as well so that you can listen to your own tracks, or just use it as an external hard drive.

It has a 3.9-inch screen and weighs 640g.
