CeBIT 2007: ViaMichelin X-960T and X-970T satnavs announced Two new models complete with Michelin Guides

ViaMichelin has launched two brand new portable satnav devices; the X-960T and the X-970T at CeBIT 2007 in Hannover, Germany.

Both new models will include exclusive content from the Michelin Guides and come fully equipped with maps covering up to 20 countries.

The devices will also offer maps and guidance modes for bicycle and pedestrian users and each device will benefit from a new services and content program, ViaMichelin Advantage, which offers users the option to update their GPS devices with new content such as maps, themed POIs and new route information.

The ViaMichelin Navigation X-960 is the company's ultra-portable offering and weighs just 136g. The ViaMichelin Navigation X-960 is £159.00 for the UK and Ireland version while the European version will cost £199.00.

The ViaMichelin Navigation X-970T will come with Bluetooth connectivity, a speaker incorporated in the base, and real-time traffic information. It will cost £239.00 for the UK and Ireland version and £279.00 for the European version

Both new models will be available from the end of April 2007.
