82ASK, the mobile text and answer company, has announced the launch of a free service to help people get the most out of their summer music festivals.

The company is offering three free text answers to UK festival-goers to help them out of tight spots.

Whether you need to know which stage a particular band is playing on, advice on where to pitch your tent to avoid the rain or have any other festival query, simply text HELPME followed by your question to 82ASK (82275) and the standing-by Texperts will do their best to answer as quickly as possible.

Sarah McVittie, CEO of 82ASK said, "Festivals are such a large part of the UK summer we thought we would try and help people make the most of them by providing exactly the information they need, direct to their phone".

"Whether this means finding out where the nearest welly stall is, how to get grass stains out of your white trousers or who the band is that you are watching, we can help you out. Just text your question to 82275 and we will answer it as quickly as possible."

The Festival Helper Service works throughout the following 2007 festivals: Creamfields, Global Gathering, The Big Chill, T in The Park, Glastonbury and The Reading and Leeds Festivals.
