Well, slap our thighs, blow us down and call us Tabitha.
We're a bit conbobulated with this latest iPhone-in-the-UK morsel of gossip.
Engadget is reporting that a video showing the BBC's forthcoming iPlayer service running on an iPhone has been spotted.
iPlayer is the BBC's on-demand TV service due to launch in the UK on 27 July.
What's puzzling us that the iPlayer won't work on Macs, at least not initially.
It is of course possible that the BBC is working on an iPlayer for the iPhone application, or it could just be a cruel, cruel hoax...
