Brando's USB Digital Microscope + Web Cam + USB2.0 Hub allows users to view and capture high quality images and videos of small stuff you might want to look at in a bit more detail, and display them on your PC by just connecting via USB port.
It offers up to 600x magnification so it's a fairly powerful tool.
The description states that it is also a PC webcam - we assume this means that you could broadcast whatever it is you're looking at through the lens to others.
In addition, it is also a two port USB Hub so you can hook up other devices to it, such as any other mad scientist peripherals you need to juice up.
