Qstik launches Bluetooth USB Dongle with A2DP

Cheap blutey stick for your PC

NEWS: 22 August 2007 11:35 GMT by Amy-Mae Elliott

Qstik has launched a Windows-friendly affordable Bluetooth USB Dongle.

The Qstik Bluetooth USB Dongle lets you connect your non-Bluetoothed PC or laptop with other Bluetooth enabled devices cameras, headsets, printers and GPS receivers as well as mobile phones.

Because it boasts A2DP and AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) compliancy, which promises optimal quality of stereo streaming, this little device will particularly suit music streaming.

And if you do have Bluetooth on your computer, but it's not stereo this will give you better sound quality.

Again on the music front, you could use this Dongle to "sideload" music tracks on your PC to your mobile phone, or to stream music to a Bluetooth headset from your computer.

It would also mean that you finally get the photos off your phone onto your PC.

In addition the dongle supports additional applications including VoIP and remote control functionalities.

Priced at £12.99, the Qstik Bluetooth USB dongle is available now.
