I can pretty much guarantee that you will have a friend, somewhere, perhaps in the darkest corner of your life, who is always banging on about the latest cool website. You know, the next "Big Thing". The new Google, the new YouTube, or MySpace, or a site that will let you write an email just by thinking about it, or show CCTV footage from Area 51, or maybe give you Angelina Jolie's mobile number. Something amazing anyway.
But you won't be able to play with it. Oh no. "You have to invited" this smug friend of yours will sneer.
Not any more you won't because this site will get you invited.
The ultimate back door, it's caused a few ripples with people saying it skews legitimate beta testing and so on, but on the whole, we approve. Anything that stops people selling beta invites on eBay has got to be a good thing.
Oh, and if anybody does come across Angelina's mobile number, you know where to send don't you...?
