No way.
If you consider the iPhone as an upgraded iPod Touch I'd say the phone functions would make it about 20% more valuable to me.
And the Touch isn't cheap itself at £269 for 16Gb.
iPhone is worth nothing like £535.
Very glad I won my Touch though, certainly wouldn't have bought one. :-)

As long as you know enough French to navigate yourself to the Babelpoisson website, I would have thought that the iphone francais would be a good bet.
