Review: I bought a 3g card and have had nothing but problems. The main one is the price and customer service, both from the shop where I bought it and from Vodafone themselves. The card itself is great and works flawlessly but the cost is astronomical. I purchased mine on June 23rd and in August I received my first bill, this was £1,734. I have tried to contact Vodafone and just keep getting fobbed off with stupid people who have never used one of these cards before. I purchased the 75 mb contract and as with any new piece of equipment you use it a lot at first, so in the June I used 125 mb, July I used 132 mb and in August I used 77mb, so everything over 75mb for each month I would have to pay £1.76 as shown on the usage metre on the software provided by Vodafone. When I contacted Vodafone they told me the usage metre was only there as a guide and did not correspond to the end pricing. I am disgusted with this and have contacted the office of fair trading and am waiting a reply. My answer to all this is ‘Be careful how you use these cards because it costs a Fortune'.

Review: I bought this product as itís the only card compatible with Macís, but when you actually get through to someone at Vodafone they say they donít support Macís. Nothing could get me to the next level and I managed to solve the problem myself. In fact the software comes from Nova Media in Germany and they respond intelligently to queries.
