Review: Not a very good machine. Difficult to load bulky software off CD or website and as previously mentioned you must load all or nothing, no choice. My daughter could not get it to work on her computer with Vista so gave it to me.
Pros: Print quality is good when it works
Cons: LCD window has packed up. Scan to facility goes nowhere. Paper needs feeding one sheet at a time and then jams sometimes.
Expensive cartridges needed regulary and when one runs out whole thing closes down.

Review: Despite some reviews that indicated its tendency for paper jams, I bought it anyway because I wanted something multifunctional for OCCASIONAL use at a reasonable price. I have used it for a few months, had some paper jams and printed a few things but not enough to exhaust the ink. It comes with bloat ware-down-your-throat software. If you don't install it you've got yourself a useless piece of plastic. If you install it you can't choose what, all or nothing. Bad thing. The (in)capability to press the SCAN TO button on the printer to send the scanned document to an application has NEVER actually worked. It gives an error that it is not properly configured but it is well configured! The bloatware is however unable to find its own printer for setting up certain things. Had a few paper jams, especially when you do double-sided (manual) printing, which is a nice feature when it works well. If you do more than 4 pages it is likely to jam... But today it earned its Rubbish Award. I wanted to print a document and upon printer start-up I got "Please remove and re-install colour cartridge" (something like that). What? The cartridge is OK, not even empty! The printer remains in that error condition, hangs forever on the "Shutting down" (have to pull the plug). I removed the cartridge and put it back on to no avail... I finally decided on removing the cartridge and just keep the black one; after all you should be able to print B/W only, right? WRONG!!!! It NEEDS the other one as well. So now I have a nice looking paperweight that is not even 6 months old. I would not recommend it to anybody.
