Review: I bought this as an upgrade to my Garmin i3. Decent device.

Pros: Euro mapping, Large display
Cons: Bad speaker and dull voice.

** Very poor support - hardly get any responses from them.

Review: I've only used this device for a couple of days, and on routes I know very very well, and it doesn't take the most sensible route (I've only ever come across one route planner that does, and that was StreetMap on the Psion), but that isn't surprising since it doesn't have the processingt power of the human mind.

I thought that the camera option was going to be a gimmick, but in fact it works very well, and is a nicer way to select a destination than by name only.

I bought the T1 traffic Alert with it, and this fits neatly on the supporting stand, but I don't like the fact that needs to be powered to work (rather than take it's power from the GPS receiver) and the unit requires a bulky adaptor (supplied) to connect it to the car power adaptor supplied with the N40i.
Pros: Compact, good screen, very very good verbal instructions, good battery life. When you choose to ignore the suggested route, it quickily adjusts to your actual route, and works out where to take you next.

Cons: Speaker could be a little better quality (when volume on maximum, the voice distorts a little).

T1 adaptor doesn't take it's power from the main unit
