Olympus Mju 1000 All Weather digital camera review
Can Olympus succeed with 10 megapixels in a compact?
Quick Review
| Published: | 27 December 2006
| The good: | Build, easy to use, handling, image quality at low ISO settings, fast start up
| The bad: | Noise at higher ISO settings, purple fringing at wide end of zoom, lacks manual/creative control, blue fringing, focus issues in low light
| Verdict: | A nice snapper for smaller prints it may be, but those 10-million pixels cause more problems than they solve
