Canon PowerShot A550 digital camera review
Does Canon's latest point and shoot perform?
Quick Review
| Published: | 9 March 2007
| The good: | Compact, image quality as lower ISOs, responsive, easy to use, good metering and colour, above average lens
| The bad: | Detail suffers from noise reduction processing, intrusive noise over ISO 400, flimsy plastic battery/memory card hatch
| Verdict: | Canon’s budget range of PowerShot models has been beefed up with the PowerShot A550, a compact and easy to use 7-megapixel model that has a great price and nice feature set
