| The good: | Good ergonomics, image quality as lower ISOs, easy to use, good metering and colour, good lens

| The bad: | Blocky design, intrusive noise at ISO 400, flimsy plastic battery/memory card hatch, slow flash recycle time, noise reduction processing hampers detail at higher ISOs

| Verdict: | The Canon PowerShot A460 brings a few much needed tweaks to the bottom range of Canon’s digital compact “A” range
