Quick review

The good: The S3 Pro replaces the multi-award winning S2 Pro, a better body shape the improved handling, a built-in vertical grip and single battery use are all improvements as is the new sensor Super CCD SR II sensor.
The bad: Slower than I expected in use, the AF ‘hunts’ on some subjects and batteries still don’t last long enough and the best of the improved dynamic range only comes to the for using the CCD RAW format.
Verdict: Fuji’s long awaited S3 Pro is a superb piece of kit, ideal for the social photographer however it’s a bit pricey given the latest kit on the market.
